Rest, Reset & Refocus With A Mid-day Meditation For Busy Professionals
Are you ready to take your team's productivity, creativity, and overall well-being to the next level? We're delighted to offer you our newest program, BLT: Business Lunchtime Meditation Club. A powerful collaboration between Atlantic Ground Control Inc. and Ravenspirit Wellness.
In today's fast-paced corporate / creative world, the need to cultivate mindfulness and mental resilience has never been greater. That's why we're offering a lunch hour session of relaxation, re-centering, self-discovery and personal empowerment, right in the heart of your workplace.
What are the benefits of a mid day meditation?
🧘♂️ Mindful Focus: Say goodbye to distractions and hello to laser-sharp focus. Through guided meditation, you'll learn to quiet the noise of the outside world and center your attention on the present moment, enhancing your ability to tackle tasks with calmness, clarity and precision.
🌿 Stress Reduction: We understand that the demands of the work world can often feel overwhelming. That's why our lunchtime meditation club provides a sanctuary for deep relaxation and stress relief. By incorporating mindfulness practices into your day, you will experience a more profound sense of calm that will carry you through even the busiest of schedules.
💡 Creativity Boost: Innovation thrives in a mind that is open and receptive. By embracing meditation, you'll tap into your innate creativity and unlock fresh perspectives that can revolutionize your approach to problem-solving and idea generation.
🌈 Emotional Intelligence: Empathy, compassion, and emotional resilience are essential qualities for success in the modern workplace. Through regular meditation practice, you'll cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and others, fostering stronger relationships and a more positive, collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Each session is a distinct 'time away' as we take you on a powerfully relaxing and restorative journey of guided meditation and sound (singing bowls, tuning forks, light percussion). A quick window of time for lunch at the front end and we're off mid day, to set you on a restorative course leaving you feeling focused, centered and energized!
By investing in the mental health and well-being of your employees, you're also investing in both the short and long term success of your company as a whole. Studies have shown that organizations that prioritize employee wellness, experience higher levels of productivity, fewer sick days, higher employee engagement, and greater overall health and retention.
Interested? Then let's talk about how a BLT session(s) can help you unlock the full potential of your team and propel your organization to new heights of success by cultivating a culture of mindfulness, creativity, resilience, and peak performance!

Your Questions, Our Answers
If you've got more burning questions that we haven't covered below, be sure to reach out!
What does a session look like and what can I expect to experience?
Each session will begin with a brief and simple introduction to the power of meditation and stillness, followed by some easy, grounding breathwork and then right into a guided meditation. As we're all different, what you can experience during this time is limitless - deep relaxation, inward journeying, emotional releases, vivid dreaming, sharper focus, more joy and peace, improved health, etc, etc.
What kind of space do I need to host such an event?
We are happy to work with you and whatever space you have available. Ideally it should be large enough to ensure everyone's comfort. A boardroom, quiet space, meeting room, courtyard, rooftop, etc. with or without furniture, will be perfect.
NOTE: If we are working in a space that has no furniture, you will want to ask your people to bring along something to sit or lie on. Comfort for your participants is of paramount importance.
How much time will it take and what do I need to bring?
Depending on the environment, we will work with you to determine the best time of day for your session. Typical sessions run 45 min. (that leaves time for a 15 min. lunch prior to the session) and they begin at the top of the hour either at 12 noon or 1 p.m. NOTE: We encourage eating prior to each session, for comfort's sake.
What to bring other than yourself and your willingness? Slip into something comfortable, bring a pillow and a yoga or camping mat (IF you are working in an empty space), otherwise, just bring yourself!
